Tea Time Snacks|Maida kachori Prep time:10min Cook time:05min Total time:15min Cusine:Indian Dish type:snacks Author:Seema Priyadarshani Ingredients  : 1.   Maida (all purpose flour) - 250gm 2.   Ajwain-1 tablespoon 3.   Kalongi  - 1 tablespoon 4.   Suji- 50gm 5.   Kassori methi - 1 tablespoon(optional) 6.   Milk - 1/2cup 7.   Salt to taste 8.   oil for moyan and frying Method  : 1.  Take a bowl. Add maida,  suji, salt, ajwain,  kalongi,  2 to 3 tablespoons oil, kassori methi and mix them. 2.  Rub all the mix with your palm. 3.  Now add milk and again mix them. 4. Make a smooth dough out of the mixture by adding sufficient amount of water in it. 5. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll it in poori shape 6.    Heat oil in a frying pan. When oil becomes hot fry the poori in it. 7.    Your evening snacks are ready to be served.  Sprinkle chat masala over it to add in taste. 8.     Enjoy this snacks with your evening tea.  time snack mai

Missi Roti|Besan ki roti/paratha Prep time :10min Cook time :10min Total time :20min Cuisine:Indian Dish type:Main dish Author :Seema priyadarshani Ingredients : 1.  Wheat flour 250gm 2.  Besan (gram flour) - 100gm 3.  Ajwain - 1 tablespoon 4.  Kalongi - 1 tablespoon 5.  Oil - for moyan 6.  Salt 7.   2 medium size onions thinly sliced 8.   2green chilli chopped 9.   Oil -for making roti Method : Take wheat flour and gram flour in a wide bowl.   2. Add ajwain, kalongi, oil, salt and mix well.   3.  Now add chopped green chilli,  chopped onions in the above mixture.   4.   Knead  in a soft dough with sufficient amount of water .cover with moist cloth and keep aside for fifteen minutes.   5.   After fifteen minutes take small amount of dough .   6.   Roll it in paratha shape.   7.   Heat tawa and roast every paratha one by one. Note: 1. Parathas can be dry roasted or with oil it is optional.

Add jeera, garlic, ginger, and chili in a mixie jar and blend.  Take it out in a bowl and add salt to taste . Now coriander and gooseberry dip is ready.  Enjoy it with paratha or roti or any of your favourite snacks.                        Note: 1.Amla can be roasted instead of boiling

Aloo ka Achaar Potato pickle Prep Time :10 min Cook time :10 min Total time :20 min Cusine:Indian Dish.   :Side dish Author:Seema Priyadarshani Ingredients :          Aloo(potato)washed boiled peeled and cut into dice shaped  (two medium size) 3tbs  Yellow mustard  powder (sarson powder)   1tbs.  Ajwain 1tbs.  Kalongi 1tbs   Redchilli powder  1and 1/2tbs.   Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)  4to5tbs   Mustard oil(Sarson oil)  Salt          Method: Wash  boil and peel potato. Cut into dice shape. Take potato in a wide bowl.  Add mustard powder, ajwain, kalongi, turmeric powder, redchilli and mix them altogether,  Now add salt to taste. Mix.  Add mustard oil in the above mixture and mix properly. Keep aside for fifteen minutes and it is ready to serve.  Potato pickle(Aloo ka achaar) is ready.  Enjoy it as a side dish with any of your platter.  Note: 1.     Potato can be cut into any desired shapes.  2.     Mustard oil is used in this
