Suji Besan Halwa |suji besan sheera Ingredients : 1. 1/2 cup besan(roasted chana) 2. 1/2cup Suji/rava/semolina 3. 1/2 cup sugar(or as required) 4. 2 to3 green cardmon(choti elaichi) crushed 5. 3 to 4 Tablespoon ghee (clarified butter) 6. 10 to 12 kaju _crushed (cashew) 7. 1/4 cup raisins (kishmish) 8. 1/2 tablespoon chironji 9. 1 and 1/2cup milk or water Method : 1. Heat heavy bottom kadhai and add ghee. 2. When ghee becomes hot add crushed cashew.saute 3. Now add suji ,besan and stir. 4.
