Ingredients :
        

  1. Aloo(potato)washed boiled peeled and cut into dice shaped  (two medium size)
  2. 3tbs  Yellow mustard  powder (sarson powder)  
  3. 1tbs.  Ajwain
  4. 1tbs.  Kalongi
  5. 1tbs   Redchilli powder 
  6. 1and 1/2tbs.   Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 
  7. 4to5tbs   Mustard oil(Sarson oil) 
Salt     








   Method:


  1. Wash  boil and peel potato. Cut into dice shape.
  2. Take potato in a wide bowl. 
  3. Add mustard powder, ajwain, kalongi, turmeric powder, redchilli and mix them altogether, 
  4. Now add salt to taste. Mix. 
  5. Add mustard oil in the above mixture and mix properly. Keep aside for fifteen minutes and it is ready to serve. 
  6. Potato pickle(Aloo ka achaar) is ready. 
  7. Enjoy it as a side dish with any of your platter. 


Note:

1.     Potato can be cut into any desired shapes. 
2.     Mustard oil is used in this pickle. 
3.     Pickle can be used long when stored in refrigerator
