1.Amla can be roasted instead of boiling

Ingredients :
- 3 to 4 pieces Amla(gooseberry)
 - 10gm Coriander(dhania patti)
 - 1or2 Redchili
 - 1or 2 Greenchili
 - 3 clove Garlic
 - 1/2inch Ginger
 - 1/2tbs Cumin(jeera)seed
 - Salt to taste
 
Method:
- Wash boil and deseed amla(gooseberry)
 - Wash and chopped coriander(cilantro)
 - Take amla and chopped coriander in a mixie jar.
 - Add jeera, garlic, ginger, and chili in a mixie jar and blend.
 - Take it out in a bowl and add salt to taste .
 - Now coriander and gooseberry dip is ready.
 - Enjoy it with paratha or roti or any of your favourite snacks.
