Ingredients :


  1. 3 to 4 pieces   Amla(gooseberry)
  2. 10gm Coriander(dhania patti) 
  3. 1or2 Redchili
  4. 1or 2 Greenchili
  5. 3 clove Garlic
  6. 1/2inch Ginger
  7. 1/2tbs Cumin(jeera)seed
  8. Salt to taste 

Method:

  1. Wash boil and deseed amla(gooseberry)
  2. Wash and chopped coriander(cilantro)
  3. Take amla and chopped coriander in a mixie jar.
  4. Add jeera, garlic, ginger, and chili in a mixie jar and blend. 
  5. Take it out in a bowl and add salt to taste .
  6. Now coriander and gooseberry dip is ready. 
  7. Enjoy it with paratha or roti or any of your favourite snacks. 


                     

Note:

1.Amla can be roasted instead of boiling
