Raisin Cookies| kishmish ke cookies | Raisin biscuits Prep time:20min Cook time:20min Total time:40min Author:Seema priyadarshani Ingredients : 1.    1and1/2 cup maida(all purpose flour) 2.    3/4 cup butter 3.    1/2 cup milk 4.    50 ml condensed milk 5.    70 gm castor sugar 6.    1/2cup chocolate(broken into small pieces) optional 7.    1tsp baking powder 8.    1/2tsp baking soda 9.    1/2tsp vanilla essence 10.  1/2 cup raisins 11.   Salt as required Method : 1.    Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda together. 2.    Whisk butter and castor sugar together till light and fluffy 3.    Add condensed milk and mix it.add flour and chocolate pieces ,raisins and form together into a soft dough. 4.    Meanwhile preheat the oven. 5.    Roll the dough and cut into fancy shape or divide dough into equal small portion and gently press to flatten it and place on a baking tray and bake it for 15 to 20 min. 6.    Allow the cookies to cool
