Ingredients:
For paratha:
- 1and 1/2cup wheat flour
 - 1and 1/2cup Maida (all purpose flour)
 - 1 tbs ajwain
 - 1 tbs kalongi
 - Salt to taste
 - Oil to make paratha
 
For Stuffing:
- 1/2cup boiled matar
 - 2 medium size Potato
 - One medium size onion sliced
 - 2 greenchilli chopped
 - 1/2tbs cumin seed
 - 1/2tbs red chilli powder
 - 1tbs ginger garlic paste
 - Salt to taste
 
Method:
- Take maida and wheat flour in a bowl.
 - Add ajwain, kalongi, salt and mix them altogether
 - Now add two tablespoons oil and mix.
 - Knead in a soft dough using sufficient water
 - Cover with moist cloth and keep aside.
 
Preparation of stuffing :
- Wash boil and peel potato and grate them
 - Now boil matar till it softens
 - Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seedsStir fry cumin seeds and add sliced onion
 - Saute for two minutes when onion becomes translucent add ginger garlic paste
 - Stir fry and when its raw aroma is gone add redchilli powder and turmeric powder
 - Stir fry them and then add grated potato
 - Drain water from matar and add it to the mixture
 - Stir fry the whole above mixture to mix properly. Remove off the mixture from heat and let it cool.
 - Stuffing is ready .keep aside.
 
Method of making parathas:
- Divide dough into small balls of equal size.
 - Take one ball flatten it and put some stuffing in the middle.
 - Now bring the edges in the middle and join them.
 - Roll the stuff ball with rolling pin in paratha shape
 - Heat tawa or kadhai and shallow fry parathas one by one
 - Veg muglai paratha is ready to serve. Enjoy with raita /chutney or pickles
