Radish stuff paratha recipe                         grated radish                      Paratha ! It reminds me of those chilly winter morning  breakfasts which we enjoyed  as kids. Now we often cook them on our own but they are nowhere close to those which our mother or grand mother made for us. Crispy and spicy parathas are often served hot  with curd dips or pickeles.My personal favorite are the  ones accompanied with my cup of masala tea.Parathas are the heart of my cooking as i end up making them almost everyday. I try to keep it healthy by minimising the oil contents in it. Parathas if cooked smartly can attract kids who generally prefer fast foods over them.All you need to do is to keep inovating in accordance to your kids taste. Let me share with you my own experience. I had changed the authentic recipes a bit which now includes cheese and paneer. Method of making parathas: Divide dough into small balls of equal size. Carrot cheese paratha recipe                              carrot cheese paratha Prep time :10min Cook time:10min Total time:20min Cuisine :Indian Dish:      Main Author: Seema priyadarshani Ingredients:                1cup wheat flour(all purpose flour)  1cup Maida (all purpose flour) 1 tbs ajwain 1 tbs kalongi 1cup grated carrot 1/2cup grated cheese  Salt to taste Oil to make paratha Method: Take maida and wheat flour in a bowl.  Add ajwain, kalongi, salt and mix them altogether  Add grated carrot and grated cheese. Mix Now add two tablespoons oil and mix.  Knead in a soft dough using sufficient amount of water Cover with moist cloth and keep aside for fifteen minutes.  Method of making parathas: Divide dough into small balls of equal size .  Roll the ball with rolling pin in paratha shape  Heat tawa or kadhai and shallow fry parathas one by one Carrot cheese paratha is ready to serve. Ajwain kachori recipe Prep time:10min Cook time:05min Total time:15min Cusine:Indian Dish type:snacks Author:Seema Priyadarshani Ingredients  : 1.   Maida (all purpose flour) - 1cup 2.  Whole wheat flour (atta) -1cup 3.   Ajwain-1 tablespoon 4.   Kalongi  - 1 tablespoon 5.   Suji- 50gm 6.   Salt to taste 7.   oil for moyan and frying Method  : 1.  Take a bowl. Add maida,wheat flour,   suji, salt, ajwain,  kalongi,  2 to 3 tablespoons oil and mix them. 2.  Rub all the mix with your palm. 3.  Now add water and again mix them. 4. Make a smooth dough out of the mixture by adding sufficient amount of water in it. 5. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll it in poori shape 6.    Heat oil in a frying pan. When oil becomes hot fry kachori  in it. 7.    Your evening snacks are ready to be served.  Sprinkle chat masala over it to add in taste. 8.     Enjoy this snacks with your evening tea. Add maida,  suji, salt, ajwain,  kalongi,  2 to 3 tablespoons oil, palak puree and mix them. 2.  Rub all the mix with your palm. 3.  Now add water (if needed) and again mix them. 4. Make a smooth dough out of the mixture by adding sufficient amount of water in it. 5.
