Ingredients :
1. Maida (all purpose flour) - 250gm
2. Ajwain-1 tablespoon
3. Kalongi - 1 tablespoon
4. Suji- 50gm
5. Palak washed, drained and boiled - 1cup
6. Salt to taste
7. oil for moyan and frying
8. To make palak puree take boiled palak in a mixie jar and blend it
Method :
1. Take a bowl. Add maida, suji, salt, ajwain, kalongi, 2 to 3 tablespoons oil, palak puree and mix them.
2. Rub all the mix with your palm.
3. Now add water (if needed) and again mix them.
4. Make a smooth dough out of the mixture by adding sufficient amount of water in it.
5. Divide the dough into equal small pieces.
6. Roll it gently in small poori shape.prick every poori with fork
6. Heat oil in a frying pan. When oil becomes hot fry palak mathri in it.
7. Your palak mathri are ready to be served.
8. Enjoy this mathri with any of your favourite chutney or sauce

Note:
1. In place of maida(all purpose flour) atta(whole wheat flour) can also be used.
2. If kept in air tight container can store for at least one week
