Ingredients:

                For paratha:

  1. 1and 1/2cup wheat flour
  2. 1and 1/2cup Maida (all purpose flour)
  3. 1 tbs ajwain
  4. 1 tbs kalongi
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil to make paratha


                    For Stuffing:

  1. 1/2cup  grated radish 
  2. 1/2cup grated carrot 
  3. 2  greenchilli chopped
  4. 1/2tbs cumin seed
  5. 1/2tbs red chilli powder 
  6. 1tbs ginger garlic paste(optional) 
  7. Salt to taste 
  8. 2tbs greeen coriander leaves chopped 
Method:
  1. Take maida and wheat flour in a bowl. 
  2. Add ajwain, kalongi, salt and mix them altogether 
  3. Now add two tablespoons oil and mix. 
  4. Knead in a soft dough using sufficient  water
  5. Cover with moist cloth and keep aside. 

Preparation of stuffing :

  1. Wash radish  and grate  
  2. Wash carrot and grate 
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and add cumin seedsStir fry cumin seeds and add chopped green chilli 
  4. Saute for two minutes add ginger garlic paste 
  5. Stir fry and when its raw aroma is gone add redchilli powder and turmeric powder
  6. Stir fry them and then add grated radish and carrot.
  7. Add salt to taste and mix. Add coriander leaves chopped 
  8. Stir fry the whole above mixture to mix properly. Remove off the mixture from heat and let it cool. 
  9. Stuffing is ready .keep aside. 

Method of making parathas:

  1. Divide dough into small balls of equal size 
  2. Take one ball flatten it and put some stuffing in the middle. 
  3. Now bring the edges in the middle and join them. 
  4. Roll the stuff ball with rolling pin in paratha shape 
  5. Heat tawa or kadhai and shallow fry parathas one by one
  6. Radish and carrot stuff  paratha is ready to serve. Enjoy with raita /chutney or pickles 


                       









Note:

1.    Only  atta (whole wheat flour) can also be used
2.   Add salt in the end otherwise  radish will realeases water.

Sweet dosa with whole wheat flour Whole wheat flour dosa Prep time : 10min cook time:  05min Total time :15 min Cusine:Indian Dish :breakfast Author:Seema Priyadarshani Ingredients : 1and 1/2cup Atta(whole wheat flour)  1/2cup sugar 2green cardmon crushed 1/2cup milk(optional) Oil to make dosa Water to make batter Method : Take atta (whole wheat flour) in a wide bowl. Add sugar and mix Add milk to the atta and sugar mixture .mix Now add water little by little and mix well using spoon so lump is not formed  Add crushed cardmon in batter and mix Heat tawa to make dosa.smear oil on tawa before spreading dosa If using non stick tawa keepa flame low, than drop one spoonful of batter and spread it in circular giving round or oval shape Drizzle oil on the edges, When one side turns golden brown flip it to the other side . Fold and serve. Serve hot with chilli pickle.  Note : First heat pan and then reduce the flame ,then spread dosa batter increase

Raisin Cookies| kishmish ke cookies | Raisin biscuits Prep time:20min Cook time:20min Total time:40min Author:Seema priyadarshani Ingredients : 1.    1and1/2 cup maida(all purpose flour) 2.    3/4 cup butter 3.    1/2 cup milk 4.    50 ml condensed milk 5.    70 gm castor sugar 6.    1/2cup chocolate(broken into small pieces) optional 7.    1tsp baking powder 8.    1/2tsp baking soda 9.    1/2tsp vanilla essence 10.  1/2 cup raisins 11.   Salt as required Method : 1.    Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda together. 2.    Whisk butter and castor sugar together till light and fluffy 3.    Add condensed milk and mix it.add flour and chocolate pieces ,raisins and form together into a soft dough. 4.    Meanwhile preheat the oven. 5.    Roll the dough and cut into fancy shape or divide dough into equal small portion and gently press to flatten it and place on a baking tray and bake it for 15 to 20 min. 6.    Allow the cookies to cool
