Radish carrot paratha recipe

Radish carrot paratha recipe
Gajar mooli ke parathe
गाजर और मूली के भरवां पराठे

Paratha ! It reminds me of those chilly winter morning  breakfasts which we enjoyed  as kids. Now we often cook them on our own but they are nowhere close to those which our mother or grand mother made for us. Crispy and spicy parathas are often served hot  with curd dips or pickeles. My personal favorite are the  ones accompanied with my cup of masala tea.Parathas are the heart of my cooking as i end up making them almost everyday. I try to keep it healthy by minimising the oil contents in it.
Parathas if cooked smartly can attract kids who generally prefer fast foods over them. All you need to do is to keep inovating in accordance to your kids taste. Let me share with you my own experience. I had changed the authentic recipes a bit which now includes cheese and paneer. With time my kids have become such a great fan of parathas that now they happily takes them in their lunch box. I have also shared a few lunchbox recipes which includes parathas. I hope you love them
