Bhindi onion fry|okra onion fry|ladyfinger and pyaz ki sukhi sabji By seema priyadarshani Bhindi Fry Prep time 10min Cook time 15min Total time 25min Cusine: Indian Dish: Side dish Ingredients : 250gm Bhindi ( Okra ) 2medium sized Onion finely chopped 2/3 chopped Green chilli 1tbs Fenugreek seed ( methi ) 1tbs Turmeric powder 1/2tbs Redchilli powder 1and1/2tbs Amchur powder Salt to taste 2and1/2tbs Oil Method : Take bhindi wash it and cut it into long slices. Keep aside Take onoin wash, peel and chopped it. Heat heavy bottom kadai or pan. Now add oil to it. When oil is hot add fenugreek seed, and chopped green chilli. Saute it and then add sliced bhindi . Stir it and then add turmeric powder, Redchilli powder. Now cover the lid and let them simmer for two to three minutes on low medium flame. Add sliced onion,, stir and then add salt to taste.
