Ingredients :
1. 250gm besan
2. 2 Chopped onion (medium size)
3. 2 red chilli pod
4. Salt to taste
5. 2 Bay leaves
6. 1/4 tsp Asofoelida ( hing)
7. 1cup chopped Coriander leaves
To Make Paste
1. Garlic ( one tablespoons)
2. Ginger (one tablespoons)
3. Garam Masala (two cardmon, three cloves two ,small stick cinnamon)
4. Haldi ( one tablespoons)
5. Dhania powder ( one tablespoons)
6. Cumin (jeera) powder (one tablespoons)
7. Black pepper powder ( half tablespoons)
8. Onion- two medium sized onion
9. Red chilli powder
Method :
1. Take 250gm besan in a bowl.
2. Add salt, haldi powder, garam masala powder( one tablespoons), in it and knead it in a dough.
3. Divide it into small pieces and roll it in a cylinder form.
4. Take water in a pan and boil it.
5. When water is boiling add all the besan cylinder into it.
6. After 10 minutes take out the besan cylinder and keep it aside
7. Now heat oil in a frying pan. Cut the besan cylinder into small pieces and fry them.
8. In the leftover oil add hing( asofoelida), chopped onion, red chilli and bay leaves.
9. When onions turns golden brown add paste masala into it and fry masala till it starts realeasing oil.
10. Now add salt to taste.
11. When masala starts releasing oil then it is ready.
12. Add 1 1/2 cup water for gravy and cover.
13. Let gravy boil for three minutes. Then add boiled besan cylinder in it.let them simmer for one or two minutes on low medium flame.
14.Besan ki sabji is now ready to serve. Sprinkle coriander leaves and the sabji is ready.
15.Serve it with jeera rice, lachha paratha or chapatis.
