Ingredients:
3. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4. 2or3green chilli chopped
5. 2 tablespoon coriander chopped
6. 1/2teaspoon redchilli powder
7. Salt as required
8. Oil to make dosa
9. Water to make batter
Method:
1. Take atta (whole wheat flour) in a wide bowl.
2. Add grated potato,sliced onion ,chopped green chilli and mix
3. Add redchilli powder,salt to taste in atta and mix.
4. Now add water little by little and mix well using spoon so lump is not formed
5. Add chopped coriander leaves in batter and mix
6. Heat tawa to make dosa.smear oil on tawa before spreading dosa
7. If using non stick tawa keep flame low, than drop one spoonful of batter and spread it in circular giving round or oval shape
8. Drizzle oil on the edges,
9. When one side turns golden brown flip it to the other side .
10. Fold and serve. Serve hot with chilli pickle.
Note:
1. First heat pan and then reduce the flame ,then spread dosa batter increase the flame to medium and cook dosa.
