Falahari recipe for vrat
Dosa with singhara ka atta

Ingredients :
1. 1cup singhara ka atta
2. 1/2cup chopped coriander
3. 2or 3 chopped green chilli
4. 1/2tbs Red chili powder
5. 1/2tbs black pepper powder
6. Sendha salt
Method:
- Take singhara atta in a bowl.
- Add chopped green chilli and coriander.
- Now add redchilli powder black pepper powder and salt to taste (sendha)
- Mix them altogether and make batter by adding water .
- Batter must not be very runny.It must be of spreadable consistency.
- Heat tawa and grease it with oil.
- Now drop batter on tawa and spread it.Drizzle one tbs of oil on edges of dosa so that it doesn't stick on tawa.
- When edges starts to rise flip dosa with help of spatula so that it is cooked on both sides.
- Serve it with dhaniya chutney or dip of your own choice.
Note:
1. If you are making this for vrat use sendha salt(but this is optional it can be made without salt also).
2. Batter must be of semi thick consistency. Moderate consistency or of spreadable consistency.
