Ingredients :
1. 1/2tbs asofoetida
2. 1/2tbs cumin seed(jeera)
3. 2-3 whole Redchilli

Note:
1. You can also make sukhi sabji don't
add water for gravy.

7. 2 medium size tomato
8. Chopped coriander one cup
9. Chopped green chilli
10. 2tbs Oil
11. Salt
12. 2 bay leaves( tejpatta)
13. One cup soya chunks
14. 1 tbs coriander powder
15. 1tbs cumin powder
16. 1/2 tbs black pepper powder

Method:
- Boil potatoes peel it and cut it. Keep aside Boil soya chunks.
- Cut tomatoes in small pieces. Keep aside .
- Heat heavy bottom kadai. Add oil.
- In hot oil add 1/4tbs asoefoetida,one tbs cumin seeds,bay leaves.
- Add chopped onion,whole red chilli and saute
- After add spices as 1/2tbs tumeric powder ,1/2tbs ginger garlic paste ,coriander powder,cumin powder,black pepper powder .mix and add1/2cup water so spices doesn't burn while frying.
- Stir and add chopped tomatoes let spices fry for 2-3minutes so its raw aroma is gone.
- Add boiled potatoes and soya chunks,mix
- Add one cup water or as desired for gravy.Add crushed kasoori methi.
- Let it simmer for further few minutes.
- Potato and soya chunks gravy is now ready to serve.
- Sprinkle some chopped fresh coriander before serving.
- Serve it with puri, paratha or rice.
Note:
