Ingredients :
For stuffing
1. 150 gm Paneer crumbled
2. 1/2 tbs Redchilli powder
3. 1 Chopped green chilli
4. 1tbs Roasted cumin powder
5. 1/2tbs Chaat masala
6. 1tbs Coriander leaves
7. Salt to taste
For making dough
1. Atta (whole wheat flour) - 250gm
2. Ajwain-1 tablespoon
3. Kalongi - 1 tablespoon
4. Salt to taste
5. oil for moyan and frying
Method :
Prepare stuffing:
1. Take paneer in a wide bowl and add all stuffing mixture into it and mix ,stuffing is ready cover and keep aside,
Preparation of dough
1. Take a bowl. Add atta, salt, ajwain, kalongi, 2 to 3 tablespoons oil, and mix them.
2. Rub all the mix with your palm.
4. Make a smooth dough out of the mixture by adding sufficient amount of water to it.
5. Divide the dough into small balls of equal size.take one ball flatten it keep the prepare paneer stuffing in center and close from all sides
6. Roll the stuff ball into paratha.
7. Heat tawa and roast paratha
8. Your paneer paratha is now ready.enjoy
Note:
1. In place of maida(all purpose flour) atta(whole wheat flour) can also be used.
