Ingredients :

1.   250gm chopped fresh spinach (palak)

2.   Wheat flour one cup

3.   All purpose flour(maida)one cup

4.   Ajwain one tablespoon

5.   Oil or ghee(clarified butter) one tablespoon

6.   Salt to taste 


For stuffing:


1.   Paneer (cottage cheese )250gm
       [  Home made paneer can also be used ]

2.   Chat masala one tablespoon

3.   Red chilli powder one tablespoon

4.   Bhuna jeera(roasted cumin) powder one tablespoon

5.   Chopped green chilli

6.   Chopped coriander two tablespoon

7.   Salt to taste


Method:


1     Wash , chopped (finely chopped) spinach or palak and boil. Make puree of palak and keep aside.

2     1/2 cup wheat flour and1/2cup maida. Mix them.

3     Now add ajwain, oil and salt to taste in the  above mixture and mix them well.

4     Now mix palak puree in above mixtute

5.    Knead the mixture in a dough cover with muslin cloth .Keep aside.

Stuffing:

1.    Mash paneer. Add chat masala roasted cumin powder ,Redchilli powder and salt to taste .

2     Add chopped green chilli and chopped coriander.mix them well.

3.    Now stuffing is ready.

Method (To make paratha)

1     Divide dough into small equal balls.

2     Take one ball at a time and flatten it .

3     Take one spoonfull of stuffimg and keep  in the middle .Seal the edges together.

4.    Repeat this process with every ball to stuff  paneer.

4     Now roll these ball with the help of rolling pin in paratha shape.


  • 5.     Heat tawa to make paratha. Put paratha on hot tawa.drizzle oil on edges .flip to roast from both sides


6.     Now paneer stuffed palak paratha is ready to serve .

7.     Serve it with raita or pickles .

               It can also be made by deep frying. As kachori.

Add sugar and mix Add milk to the atta and sugar mixture .mix Now add water little by little and mix well using spoon so lump is not formed  Add crushed cardmon in batter and mix Heat tawa to make dosa.smear oil on tawa before spreading dosa If using non stick tawa keepa flame low, than drop one spoonful of batter and spread it in circular giving round or oval shape Drizzle oil on the edges, When one side turns golden brown flip it to the other side . Raisin Cookies| kishmish ke cookies | Raisin biscuits Prep time:20min Cook time:20min Total time:40min Author:Seema priyadarshani Ingredients : 1.    1and1/2 cup maida(all purpose flour) 2.    3/4 cup butter 3.    1/2 cup milk 4.    50 ml condensed milk 5.    70 gm castor sugar 6.    1/2cup chocolate(broken into small pieces) optional 7.    1tsp baking powder 8.    1/2tsp baking soda 9.    1/2tsp vanilla essence 10.  1/2 cup raisins 11.   Salt as required Method : 1.    Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda together. 2.    Whisk butter and castor sugar together till light and fluffy 3.    Add condensed milk and mix it.add flour and chocolate pieces ,raisins and form together into a soft dough. 4.    Meanwhile preheat the oven. 5.    Roll the dough and cut into fancy shape or divide dough into equal small portion and gently press to flatten it and place on a baking tray and bake it for 15 to 20 min. 6.    Allow the cookies to cool
