Ingredients:
1. 1and 1/2 cup maida(all purpose flour)
2. 3/4 cup butter
3. 1/2 cup milk
4. 50 ml condensed milk
5. 70 gm castor sugar
6. 1/2cup dry fruits broken into small pieces(almonds,cashew,raisins,walnuts)
7. 1tsp baking powder
8. 1/2tsp baking soda
9. 1/2tsp vanilla essence
10. 1/4tsp salt
Method:
1. Sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda together.
2. Whisk butter and castor sugar together till light and fluffy
3. Add condensed milk and mix it.add flour and dryfruits pieces and form together into a soft dough.
4. Meanwhile preheat the oven.
5. Roll the dough and cut into fancy shape or divide dough into equal small portion and gently press to flatten it and place on a baking tray and bake it for 15 to 20 min.
6. Allow the cookies to cool and dust it with cocoa powder or icing sugar.
7. Serve it with milk tea or coffee.
Note:
1. Chilled dough before baking.Just put it in referigerator before baking.
2. Do not overmix cookie batter.
3. Do not overload your cookies with dryfruits.
