Ingredients:


1.     1and 1/2cup chanadal soaked in water for 25 min

2.     1/2 cup finely chopped onion

3.     2or3green chilli  chopped

4.     2 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped

5.     1/2teaspoon redchilli powder

6.     Salt as required

7.     1/4tsp hing(asofoetida)

8.     Oil to make batter


Method:


1.       Wash rinse and blend chanadal

2.       Take paste of chanadal (split bengal gram) in a wide bowl.

3.       Add sliced onion, chopped green chilli and mix

4.      Add redchilli powder, hing,salt to taste in batter and mix
.
5.      Now add water little by little and mix to adjust the consistency of batter

6.      Add chopped coriander leaves  in batter and mix

7.      Heat tawa to make dosa.smear oil on tawa before spreading dosa

8.      If using non stick tawa keep flame low, than drop one spoonful of batter and spread it in circular giving round or oval shape

9.      Drizzle oil on the edges,
When one side turns golden brown flip it to the other side .

10.    Fold and serve hot with sauce or coriander chutney
                           
Note:

1.     First heat pan and then reduce the flame ,then spread dosa batter increase the flame to medium and cook dosa.
