Ingredients :
1. Boiled potatoes (two medium sized)
2. Green chilli chopped (2or3)
3. Coriander leaves (ciliantro chopped) 1cup
4. Redchilli powder 1/2tbs
5. Black pepper powder 1/2tbs
6. Salt for taste
7. Oil or ghee(clarified butter)
8. Crushed dryfruits (almond, cashew, raisin)

Method:
1. Boiled potatoes peel it and mash it.
2. Add black pepper powder and redchilli powder and sendha salt as per taste. Mix
3. Now add chopped green chilli and chopped coriander.mix.
4. Now divide the potato mix into small balls.
5. Take balls into your palm one by one flatten it and put some crushed dry fruits(of your own choice, I have stuffed cashew, almond, raisins) in between .Seal the edges and press it very smoothly with your palm and keep aside.
7. Now heat tawa and put 2tbs oil.
8. When oil is hot drop aloo tikki one by one.Roast it on hot tawa till golden brown.
9. Serve it with dhaniya chutney
