Ingredients :
1. 250gm Parwal(pointed gourd )
2. 250gm Aloo(potato)
3. 100gm pyaz (onion)
4. 2 3 whole green chilli

Spices :
1. 1/2tbs turmeric(haldi)
2. 1/2tbs Redchilli(lalmirch powder)
3. 1/2tbs cumin powder(jeera)
4. 1/2tbs fenugreek seed (methi)
5. Salt to taste
6. Oil(mustard) for frying

1. Wash and cut parwal in long slices.
2. Wash ,peel and cut potato in long slices.
3. Wash and cut onion in thin slices.
4. Now heat heavy bottom kadai .
5. Add 21/2tbs of oil.
6. When oil is hot add fenugreek seed and 1/4tbs of hing(asoefoetida).
7. Now add sliced onion.
8. Fry till onion becomes translucent.
9. Now add sliced parwal and potatoes.
10. Stir it for few minutes on high flame
so they fry evenly.
11. cover it and let it to simmer on moderate heat.
12. Stir occasionally so it doesn't burn.
13. After ten to fifteen minutes it is ready to serve.
14. Serve it with paratha or roti.
