Ingredients :
1. 1/2tbs asofoetida
2. 1/2tbs cumin seed(jeera)
3. 2-3 whole Redchilli
4. 1/2tbs fenugreek seed
5. 1/2tbs turmeric powder
6. 1/2tbs ginger garlic paste
Note:
1. You can also make sukhi sabji don't
add water for gravy.
Now chalte chalte:
To remove dark circle use almond oil.
Take 2-3 drops of almond oil and gently massage around your eyes. Keep it for few minutes then wash it .

Ingredients :
1. 1/2tbs asofoetida
2. 1/2tbs cumin seed(jeera)
3. 2-3 whole Redchilli
4. 1/2tbs fenugreek seed
5. 1/2tbs turmeric powder
6. 1/2tbs ginger garlic paste
7. 250gm Potato
8. 2 medium size tomato
9. Chopped coriander one cup
10. Chopped green chilli
11. 3 vertically slit green chilli
12. 2tbs Oil
13. Salt
14. 2 bay leaves( tejpatta)
Method:
- Boil potatoes peel it and cut it. Keep aside
- Cut tomatoes in small pieces. Keep aside .
- Heat heavy bottom kadai. Add oil.
- In hot oil add 1/2tbs fenugreek seed. 1/4tbs asoefoetida and let it crackle .
- Add 1/2 tbs cumin seed and2-3 whole Redchill and bay leaves(tejpatta)
- Now add boiled potatoes and stir it.
- After add some masala as 1/2tbs tumeric powder ,1/2tbs ginger garlic paste .stir it nicely so that potatoes are evenly mixed with masala. Add1/2cup water so masala does not burn.
- Stir sabji and let masala fry for 2-3minutes so its raw aroma is gone.
- Add one cup water or as desired for gravy.
- Let it simmer for further few minutes.
- Tamatar aur aloo ki swadisht sabji is now ready to serve.
- Sprinkle some chopped fresh coriander before serving.
- Serve it with puri, paratha or rice.
Note:
