Delicious aloo tomato sabji|potato and tomato delicious sabji By seema priyadarshani Prep time:10min Cook time:10min Total time:20min Cusine: Indian Ingredients : 1. 1/2tbs asofoetida 2. 1/2tbs cumin seed(jeera) 3. 2-3 whole Redchilli 4. 1/2tbs fenugreek seed 5. 1/2tbs turmeric powder 6. 1/2tbs ginger garlic paste 7. 250gm Potato 8. 2 medium size tomato 9. Chopped coriander one cup 10. Chopped green chilli 11. 3 vertically slit green chilli 12. 2tbs Oil 13. Salt 14. 2 bay leaves( tejpatta) Method: Boil potatoes peel it and cut it. Keep aside Cut tomatoes in small pieces. Keep aside . Heat heavy bottom kadai. Add oil. In hot oil add 1/2tbs fenugreek seed. 1/4tbs asoefoetida and let it crackle . Add 1/2 tbs cumin seed and2-3 whole Redchill and bay leaves(tejpatta) Now add boiled potatoes and stir it.
