Ingredients 

/kachori
  1. 2 medium sized potato(aloo)
  2. 1tsp Garam masala. Powder
  3. 1tsp Jeera(cumin seed)
  4. 1/2tsp Red chilli powder
  5. 1tsp Ginger ,garlic paste
  6. Salt
  7. 1tsp Chopped green chilli
  8. 1Chopped coriander leaves
  9. Wheat flour
  10. Oil




Method

             
  • Take flour in a bowl add water to make a smooth dough
  • Cover it with muslin cloth and keep aside 
  • Let it rest for 10 to15 minutes
  •    



For stuffing


  • Now boil potato. Peel it mash it
  • and place it in a bowl
  • Heat 1tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add cumin seeds to the oil. When they crackle  add chopped green chilli. Stir fry them.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli  powder and fry them.
  •  When raw smell of masala were gone add mash potato, salt to taste.
  •  Fry mash potatoes nicely so masala and potatoes are mixed.Add chopped coriander leaves and mixed it with potatoes. Now stuffing is ready. Keep aside.
  • Take dough and divide it into small balls of same size. Take one ball flatten it and put stuffing in between. Join the edges and roll it with the help of rolling pin into paratha shape. Make all parathas in same manner.
  •  Heat frying pan and make all parathas one by one
  • Now aloo paratha are ready to serve .
Serve it with raita or pickle.
