Bitter gourd-250 gm (cut into long slices) 2.2tbsp Mustard powder 3.1tbsp Turmeric powder 4.1/2tbsp Black pepper powder 5.1tbsp Cumin powder 6. 1&1/2 Coriander powder 7. 1tGarlic paste 8. 1/2tbsp Red chilli paste 9. Salt to taste 10. Three tablespoons mustard oil 11. Green chilli 12. 1tbs cumin seed(jeera) Method: 1. Heat oil in a pan or kadhai. Add green chilli and jeera to oil and let them splutter. 2. Add thin sliced onions and fry them till translucent. 3. Add sliced bitter gourd and fry them. 4. Then add all the masala made into a paste and half cup water. Stir it and cover the lid. 5. After water is dried, fry masala till it releases oil. 6. Then again add two cups of water for gravy. Boil it for three-four minutes in a low medium flam

Aloo Paratha                       Stuff aloo paratha Indian cuisine Main dish Ingredients  /kachori 2 medium sized potato(aloo) 1tsp Garam masala. Powder 1tsp Jeera(cumin seed) 1/2tsp Red chilli powder 1tsp Ginger ,garlic paste Salt 1tsp Chopped green chilli 1Chopped coriander leaves Wheat flour Oil Method               Take flour in a bowl add water to make a smooth dough Cover it with muslin cloth and keep aside  Let it rest for 10 to15 minutes     For stuffing Now boil potato. Peel it mash it and place it in a bowl Heat 1tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add cumin seeds to the oil. When they crackle  add chopped green chilli. Stir fry them. Add   ginger garlic paste, red chilli  powder and fry them.  When raw smell of masala were gone add mash potato, salt to taste.  Fry mash potatoes nicely so masala and potatoes are mixed.Add chopped coriander leaves and mixed it with potatoes. Now stuffing is ready. Keep aside. Take dough a
