These recipes are designed for simply helping in your vrat menu. There is no hard and fast rule that you have to go with these recipes menu ,you can change whenever you want and make of your own choice. My children love Makhana kheer and sabudana kheer so I used to make it often at dinner time. On sunday morning or on holidays pakoras are must. I make pakoras of brinjal(baigan),potato(aloo),cauliflower (phoolgobi),cabbage (pattagobi), greenchili(hari mirch), bottlegourd(kaddu),paneer(cottage cheese),and so many other things.
