Wheat flour one cup 3. All purpose flour(maida)one cup 4. Ajwain one tablespoon 5. Oil or ghee(clarified butter) one tablespoon 6. Salt to taste For stuffing : 1. Paneer (cottage cheese )250gm [ Home made paneer can also be used ] 2. Chat masala one tablespoon 3. Red chilli powder one tablespoon 4. Bhuna jeera(roasted cumin) powder one tablespoon 5. Chopped green chilli 6. Chopped coriander two tablespoon 7. Salt to taste Method : 1 Wash , chopped (finely chopped) spinach or palak and boil.
